I needed a cvt transmission fluid change. The guy who scheduled my appointment was very helpful and understanding about working around my work schedule. With the limited time, he promised that I would be able to drive to work the next day, whether the fluid change happened on time or not. And he did not break that promise. I also mistakenly left my skateboard at the shop when I went back to pick up my car, and he called me back after-hours so I could pick it up. This was my first time at this shop and I am confident in going back to them again.
